At this time he was president of princeton university and that is the cnotent of the letter. Wilson and his family were friends with a man named herbert stevens and while one of stevens children was at princeton he died from wounds he suffered playing football. He started a scholarship in his childs name and the continued contribution to that scholarship is the content of the letter. Condition si great and the signature is flawless and a perfect 10/10!
